Who we are

This site, Lake Erie Gazetteer at lakeerie.info, is operated by WeldonPC, an Ohio business ("we"). WeldonPC is the seller of every item sold here. Notices: legal@lakeerie.info.

Using the site

The site is a free reference. You may read, link to and share it. Our text and compilations are © WeldonPC unless marked otherwise; public-domain data stays public domain, and images keep the licences shown on the credits page. The free downloads on the data page are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.

Not for navigation or diving

Positions and depths are approximate. NOT FOR NAVIGATION. Use current official charts.

Diving Lake Erie wrecks is dangerous: cold water, poor visibility, depth, entanglement and boat traffic. Nothing here is dive guidance or a dive position. Dive only with proper training, a qualified operator and current information from the groups that maintain moorings.

Accuracy

We source and date every fact, but sources can be wrong and access details change. The site is provided as is, without warranties. Check operators and official sources before you travel, swim or go out on the water.

Age

You must be 18 or older to buy or sponsor.

Digital goods

Products are digital files delivered by download after PayPal confirms payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before checkout. Your library offers the latest edition of what you bought for as long as the site runs.

Refunds

1. Digital items are delivered instantly; all sales final.
2. If delivery fails after 3 automatic retries, you automatically receive a credit code for the full value.
3. If PayPal refunds or reverses a payment, the item or slot is revoked automatically.

Because PayPal Payments Standard is used, we don't initiate cash refunds. Disputes go through PayPal's Resolution Center.

Licences

Personal licence (all products except the Complete Set): for you and your household; print as many copies as you need for your own use. Classroom licence (Complete Set): one teacher or one homeschool family; unlimited copies for your own students and classes, in print or on a password-protected class site; no public posting or resale; a school buys one licence per teacher. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly post our files.

Payment

Payment is processed by PayPal and received by WeldonPC, the operator of Lake Erie Gazetteer. PayPal will show WeldonPC's account as the payee.

We never see your card details.

Sponsor listings

Covered by the Sponsor Terms.

Conduct

Don't misuse the site's forms or attempt to disrupt it. We may block abusive use.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
