Ohio lighthouses on Lake Erie
Ohio's shore runs from Toledo and the Lake Erie islands east past Cleveland to Conneaut, and it has more lighthouses than any other part of the lake in this gazetteer: 17[1]. They range from Marblehead, in continuous service since 1822, to island ruins on Green and Turtle Islands and harbor lights still flashing at Cleveland, Fairport and Ashtabula.
Lighthouse positions are landmarks, for trip planning. NOT FOR NAVIGATION.

Minor lights
These lights are too thinly documented for a page of their own. Each summary is our own and names its source.
- Lorain East Breakwater light, Lorain, Ohio. The 1965 square steel tower on a concrete shelter that took over from the 1917 Lorain lighthouse, still the harbor's main light.[2][3]
- Toledo Water Works intake crib, Off Toledo, Ohio. Privately maintained lights on top of a round masonry water-intake building in the lake east of the mouth of the Maumee River.[2]
